This watercolor painting was inspired by a child and his mom along with other hatted ladies selling brightly colored vegetables in Cusco, Peru. I was taken by this street scene located on the side wall of the main village marketplace, because of the young boy with his red hat leaning against the huge stones that were fit together by hand and the traditionally dressed women.
