This award-winning watercolor painting of North America’s Milky Way on a star-studded dark blue background was painted almost entirely by blowing paint through an aspirator. Within the multi-colored galaxy find imaginary and mythical creatures in the dark spaces. This dramatic abstracted art of space was inspired by a painting I saw in Peru and features four constellations.
