Description
It was a thrill for me to see a wild Rhino in the Masai Mara National Park in Kenya as they are the only endangered species of the ‘Big 5’. They are solitary, have poor eyesight but great hearing and sense of smell. They are the second largest land mammal (elephants first) and are hunted for their horns that are made from keratin and aren’t attached to their skulls. It’s a good thing they aren’t as colorful as I painted this one!
